Shipping Policy

Once the payment for the items ordered is cleared, Roberts & Roberts Brokerage Incorporated will send an email with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Packages will be sent via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx, and be fully insured. RRBI 's responsibility for the package ends when an adult signs for the package or it is delivered.  Should the package, or any of its contents, be damaged or lost in transit before the customer receives it, we will pursue the insurance claim. It is at our discretion to either refund or replace the goods damaged at this point. RRBI is not responsible for loss or damage if the customer says "OK to Leave on Porch", or the delivery man leaves the package with a neighbor, building manager, or a drop-off location such as The Mail Box Store or The UPS Store.
